In the General Information section for each creature, you can see where you might find such creatures and what levels they will usually be. Any creature can appear outside of this level range, but it is much less likely. Do not be too concerned if you run into a creature that is slightly higher level than your character, or even if it is greater than your hypothetical level, as they will likely still be manageable to defeat.

In order to determine the battle capabilities of a creature, you must multiply its Base Vitals (listed on each creature’s page) by its level to determine its SVS, which work just like for a character. As creatures cannot wield weapons or armor, its Body SVS will determine its physical damage and physical damage reduction, and its Mind and Spirit SVS will determine its energy and elemental statistics accordingly.

For a creature to use an energy force attack, it must have a Base Vital of 7.5 under Mind. For a creature to use an elemental attack, it must have a Base Vital of 7.5 under Spirit. Any creature that fulfills either requirement will have Available Forces listed under General Information – this shows the types of energy or elemental attacks that creature can make under normal circumstances (with the exception of Orkavi Giants, who cannot make elemental attacks). Any abnormal circumstances should be listed under the creature’s Abilities.

Most creatures should have one or more abilities which work just like Racial or Job Class Capabilities. This is not a requirement for all creatures; some of the weaker ones might not have any.

Creatures in the wild will be played as NPCs by permission of the Staff.
