The Lich has a long, dark history on Solaris. It was once believed that they were the first creators of the the undead beasts “Vitaelio”. They have tainted the world with darkness even before the event known as the Second Flux. Lich delight in summoning their dead comrades to kill their living counterparts. Their dark magic and mostly wicked ways have even turned the most righteous of souls into dark killers that slay their own. They will twist the bodies of the dead and the minds and spirits of the living to obtain there objectives.

The Lich are Necromancers that have gone so far in the dark arts they crossed the divide between life and death. Most of them have bodies of rotting flesh and exposed bone. However, some of the more powerful Lich can twist their own bodies into a less decayed form of their former selves and even look as if they were very much alive.
Capability 1:
Path of the Damned - In order for a character to become a lich, he must devote himself to the ways of darkness. A character of level 100 may become a lich only if he has killed two or more other player characters. One of which must have been killed for seemingly no reason, or at least the sole reason of turning into a lich. Each player character the lich kills grants his a bonus 20 Allocation Points and 100% Primary Statistic Boost to be distributed as the lich pleases. Kills made before the character becomes a lich are retroactively counted. The normal caps for bonus AP gained from Runes of Power at the Runecrafter Shop (338) and the normal caps for Primary Statistic Boosts from the Enchanter Shop (250% per stat) cannot be exceeded by the lich. (Passive Ability)
Capability 2:
Raise Minion - A lich can raise a fallen player character from the dead in a RP setting (not during a battle) as if he had the Resurrection ability. The lich may decide to brand this character as his minion, which would be noted on the character page as his Clan, dropping any current clan he may be involved in. A lich may give commands to his minions that the minion must follow assuming that following the command would not cause him commit suicide. Treat this as a mind controlling effect that cannot be blocked or dispelled by any item or special ability and cannot be overcome by any number of levels or attributes. In a battle setting, a lich can, once per battle, convert the damage he would take from a single attack to a minion instead. If a lich has multiple minions in a battle, he can use this once per minion. In order to become free, the lich must voluntarily grant his thrall freedom or the lich must die. If the lich comes back to life, any ex-minions will remain unbound. (Passive Ability)
Capability 3:
Death’s Embrace - Any time a lich or one of his minions deal physical damage in battle, all damage is converted to healing the lich, giving him one HP for each HP his enemy lost. A lich may not gain more than 10% of his maximum HP this way in a single turn and cannot gain more than 500% of his maximum HP this way in a single battle. (Passive Ability)
Capability 4:
Tainted Soul - When making energy attacks with his favored energy, a lich may energize this force by infusing the attack with his own life force. A lich may use up to 20% of his maximum HP for any attack as long as it would not kill him. For every two HP donated, the energy attack will increase its base damage by one. (Passive Ability)
Capability 5:
Soul Feast - If a character or creature dies in a battle with a lich (friend or foe), the lich may choose to feast on the victim’s soul in order to invigorate himself. He must come into physical contact with the deceased to begin the ritual wherein he becomes completely immobile and incorporeal, making himself unable to act but also unable to be interacted with by any form or ability. This ritual takes the lich’s entire next turn to complete. When he emerges, his hit points are maxed out to his total Health PVS and he has a magical barrier of soul energy. This barrier has its own HP equal to the Lich’s Health PVS and will absorb all damage directed at the Lich for up to five rounds using the lich’s damage reduction values. If an attack finishes off the barrier, it is destroyed prematurely, but the Lich takes no damage from that attack, even if it was overkill. While the barrier is active, the lich and all his minions enjoy a bonus 50% to his Hit and Dodge SVS and assume that their STR PVS are high enough that no opponent may block/parry their physical attacks. (Action Ability)
